At approximately 4mm thick, Anti-Slip (FRP) Nosing is coated in a fusion of premium quality carborundum sand and resin components.
The carborundum sand and resin components make Stair Tread Nosing a highly effective and durable anti-slip surface.
Anti-Slip Nosing is the preferred choice over tapes and paints, as they are specially designed to eliminate the risk of slipping on stair tread edges.
Anti-slip nosing can be fastened using a combination of adhesive/sealant or mechanical fasteners to effectively fix, bond or seal the edges, preventing any ingress of moisture.
The anti-slip nosing is cut down from 5800 mm lengths, and can be cut on-site using either a diamond or tungsten tipped tool.
Anti-slip nosing is made from isophthalic polyester, with the grit from carborundum sand.
