Often guarding systems look the part, but frequently fail to meet the NZ code requirements.
We work alongside clients to better understand site operating processes, constraints, and requirements to ensure each system design and installation is compliant while providing operator functionality.
Our guarding systems are designed to meet today’s strict compliancy requirements that are unique to each application, delivering durability and corrosion resistance with system adaptability. It is a cost-effective option compared to traditional materials.
We supply to a large number of industries, offering a range of services to suit. System packages include compliance assessment, design, fabrication, and supervised installation.
The standard guard systems utilise our FRP (fibreglass reinforced polymer) structural sections, mesh, and bracketry from 316 grade stainless steel for easy assembly.
Material and componentry is available ex-stock, which allows for short lead times. Standard sections are fabricated in-house for additional quality assurance and reduced time onsite.
Standards that we adhere to are:
• AS/NZ 4024.3610:2015
• AS/NZ 4024.3611:2015
• AS 4024.1-2014
