The KingCrab Nip Guard ensures worker safety, without being complicated or interrupting productivity. It is a practical solution, meeting compliant return roller nip point protection.
Our main design objective for the KingCrab nip guard was to produce a return roller guard that provided safety and functionality. It is available to suit both industry standard and custom belt widths. It has convenient access for roller inspection, cleaning, and maintenance. It is constructed from lightweight, galvanised steel and FRP mesh, providing enhanced corrosion resistance for a long service life. It is compliant to AS/NZS 4024.3611:2015, when installed to KingCrab nip guard installation guidelines.
